Shutdown Delay 2.31 - Shutdown Delay displays a dialog at Restart/Shutdown time which gives the user five choices - wait for the chosen command to be automatically completed after a while; cancel smoothly returns to the calling application; restart restarts the Macintosh; shut down turns the power off or displays the safe-shutdown alert as usual; force quit attempts to return to the Finder. Note - the Finder will attempt to close all applications before Shutdown Delay is called.
